Microsoft maintains company morale by offering extended family caregiver leave to employees

In addition to Microsoft’s product line being an essential component of day to day operations at any organization, it’s nice to know that the software giant, despite their massive size, prioritizes their employees’ well-being. According to this article, Microsoft is among few companies that have boosted parental leave offerings in the U.S. in recent years. Contrary to much of the world, America does not have a government mandate for such benefits.
